Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary that was initially agreed upon became part-time work
2. When transferred to another position, it was agreed that seniority would continue to be calculated, but it was recalculated instead
3. A one-person dictatorship, with emotional reactions as well. For the same overtime, longtime employees can report overtime, but newcomers cannot.
