Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary agreed upon at the beginning was changed to part-time work.
2. When I was transferred, it was agreed that my years of service would continue to count, but in the end, my seniority was recalculated.
3. A one-person show, with emotional outbursts as well. For the same overtime, veteran employees can report it, but newcomers cannot.
4. Don't go.
