Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary agreed upon initially was changed to part-time hours.
2. When transferred to another position, it was agreed that seniority would be carried over, but in the end, seniority was recalculated.
3. A one-person dictatorship, with emotional outbursts as well. For the same overtime, longtime employees can record overtime, but newcomers cannot.
4. Don't go.
