Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary agreed upon at the beginning became part-time work.
2. When transferring positions, it was agreed that seniority would be carried over, but in the end, seniority was recalculated.
3. It is a one-person show, and they also get emotional. For the same overtime, veteran employees can report it, but newcomers cannot.
4. Don't go.
