Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary agreed upon at the beginning was changed to part-time hours.
2. When transferring positions, it was agreed that seniority would continue to be counted, but in the end, seniority was recalculated.
3. A one-person dictatorship, with emotional outbursts as well. For the same overtime, experienced employees can record overtime, but newcomers cannot.
4. Do not go.
