Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary initially agreed upon was changed to part-time work
2. When transferring positions, it was agreed that seniority would continue to be counted, but in the end, seniority was recalculated
3. A one-person show, with emotional outbursts as well. For the same overtime, senior employees can report overtime, but newcomers cannot.
