Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary that was initially agreed upon became part-time work.
2. When transferred to another position, it was agreed that seniority would continue to be counted, but in the end, seniority was recalculated.
3. A one-person show, with emotional outbursts as well. For the same overtime work, veteran employees can report overtime, but newcomers cannot.
4. Don't go.
