No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary that was initially agreed upon was changed to part-time work.
2. When transferring positions, it was agreed that seniority would continue to count, but in the end, seniority was recalculated.
3. A one-person dictatorship, with emotional reactions as well. For the same amount of overtime, long-term employees can record overtime, but newcomers cannot.
4. Do not go.
