Pros
No advantages
Cons
1. The monthly salary that was initially agreed upon became part-time work
2. When transferring positions, it was agreed that seniority would continue to count, but in the end, seniority was recalculated
3. A one-person rule, with emotional outbursts as well. For the same amount of overtime, long-term employees can record overtime, but newcomers cannot.
