The office building is very new and nice.
I work in an internal operations role. The company is spread across several floors, and field operators and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The office staff mainly consist of internal administrative, HR, and sales support personnel.
The company looks very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is not very suitable for extroverts or people who like a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed XD
I recommend this place for people who are independent-minded and have a strong personality, regardless of what others think. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you may easily be suppressed.
Because the more someone knows how to shirk responsibility, the fewer basic tasks they will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self may be a better fit.
