The office building is very new and very nice.
I work in internal operations. The company occupies several floors, and field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people who remain in the office are mainly internal administration, HR, and sales assistants.
The company looks very new and organizes many activities, but work is actually very formal and restrained. It is very unsuitable for extroverts or people who like a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, xd.
I suggest that people who are very individualistic and do not care much about what others think consider working here. If you are the considerate type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more you know how to push things off, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this place.
