The office building is very new and nice.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across several floors, and the field operations staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The only people left in the office are administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and so on.
Although the company looks very new and organizes many activities, the work environment is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for E-types or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a dropped needle would probably be noticed, xd.
I recommend that people who are independent-minded and have a strong personality, regardless of what others think, go there. If you are the considerate type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more capable you are of passing the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self -- are more suited to this place.
