The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across several floors, and field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people who remain in the office are mainly administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and so on.
The company looks very new and also organizes many activities, but the work environment is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable at all for extroverts or people who like a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, XD.
I recommend that people who do not care much about others’ opinions and have strong personalities apply. If you are the considerate type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more you know how to pass the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self-awareness are more suited to this place.
