The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across different floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The employees who remain in the office are mainly administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
The company may look very new and organize many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is really not suitable for extroverts or people who prefer a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed XD
I recommend it to people who have strong personalities and can focus on themselves without worrying about others. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more capable you are of passing off responsibilities, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self—are more suited to this workplace.
