The office building is very new and nice.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across multiple floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people who remain in the office are mainly internal administration, HR, sales assistants, and so on.
The company looks very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is not suitable at all for extroverts or people who like a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed—XD.
I recommend this workplace to people who have a strong personality and can ignore what others think. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Basically, the better you are at deflecting responsibilities, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self may be better suited here.
