The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across different floors, and the field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The only people left in the office are administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
The company appears to be very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is really not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, haha.
I recommend this place for people who can disregard what others think and have a strong personality of their own. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the better you are at making excuses, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self-awareness are more suited to this place.
