The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across different floors, and field operators and engineers are not in the company from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people who remain in the office are mainly internal administration, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
The company looks very new and holds many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle falling would probably be noticed, XD.
I recommend this place for people who can disregard those around them and have strong personalities. If you are considerate and understanding, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more capable you are of deflecting tasks, the fewer basic responsibilities you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self may be more suited to this environment.
