The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across different floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The office staff are mostly limited to internal administration, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
The company appears to be very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I recommend it for people who have a strong personality and do not care much about what others think. If you are the considerate type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the better you are at passing the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this workplace.
