The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in an internal operations role. The company occupies several floors, and the field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people working indoors are mostly administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and the like.
The company may look very new and organize many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is not suitable at all for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I recommend it to people who have a strong personality and can avoid being influenced by those around them. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be pressured.
Because the more willing you are to pass the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self may be better suited.
