The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company occupies several floors, and the field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The office staff are mostly internal administrative, HR, and sales support personnel.
The company looks very new and holds many activities, but in reality, the atmosphere at work is very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I recommend this workplace for people who are independent and have strong personalities, regardless of what others think. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more capable you are of passing off basic tasks, the fewer tasks you will receive. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self may be a better fit.
