The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across multiple floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The internal staff mainly consist of administrative, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
The company may seem very new and organize many activities, but in reality, the workplace is extremely formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, xd.
I recommend that people who are independent-minded and have strong personalities, regardless of what others think, apply. If you are considerate and accommodating, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more you push off tasks, the fewer basic duties you will have to handle. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited here.
