The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company occupies several floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The only people left in the office are administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and others.
The company looks very new and organizes many activities, but the atmosphere at work is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts (E-types) or people who prefer a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even if a needle fell, someone would probably notice it XD.
I recommend this place for people who do not care much about others’ opinions and have strong personalities. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be pushed around.
Because the more capable you are of passing the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts (I-types) with a strong sense of self may be a better fit.
