The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in an internal operations role. The company is divided across floors, and field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The office staff mainly consist of internal administrative, HR, and sales assistants.
The company may look very new and organize many activities, but work is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I recommend this workplace for people who do not care much about others' opinions and have strong individual personalities. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more willing you are to shirk responsibility, the fewer basic tasks you will be assigned. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more likely to be a good fit.
