The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across multiple floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people who remain in the office are mainly administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
Although the company looks very new and organizes many activities, the atmosphere at work is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who prefer a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, XD.
I recommend this workplace to people who have strong personalities and do their own thing regardless of those around them. If you are considerate and accommodating, you may easily be pressured or suppressed.
Because the more willing people are to shirk responsibility, the fewer basic tasks they have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are better suited here.
