The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in an internal operations role. The company is spread across different floors, and the field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The only people left in the office are administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
Although the company looks very new and organizes many activities, the workplace is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed—lol.
I recommend that people who are very individualistic and do not care much about what others think consider working here. If you are the considerate type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the better you are at shirking responsibilities, the fewer basic tasks you will be assigned. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self—are more suitable.
