The office building is very new and excellent.
I worked in internal operations. The company is spread across multiple floors, and field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The remaining office staff mainly consist of internal administration, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
Although the company looks very new and organizes many activities, the atmosphere at work is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable at all for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, XD.
I recommend this place for people who do not care much about others' opinions and have strong personalities. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more skilled you are at shirking responsibilities, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this workplace.
