The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company occupies several floors, and the field operators and engineers are not in the company from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people working indoors are mainly administrative staff, HR, and sales assistants.
The company looks very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even if a needle fell, someone would probably notice it XD.
I recommend it to people who have their own strong personality and do not care much about others’ opinions. If you are considerate and accommodating, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the better you are at deflecting responsibilities, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this workplace.
