The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is divided across different floors, and the field operators and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people who remain in the office are mainly in internal administration, HR, and sales support roles.
The company appears to be very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the atmosphere at work is very formal and restrained. It is very unsuitable for extroverts or people who prefer a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, haha.
I recommend this place for people who have strong personalities and can stay true to themselves regardless of what others think. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more capable you are of passing the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this place.
