The office building is very new and excellent.
I worked in an internal operations role. The company occupies multiple floors, and field staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The office staff mainly consist of internal administrative and HR personnel, as well as sales assistants and others.
The company appears very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the work environment is very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I would recommend it to people who are individualistic and do not worry much about what others think. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more willing you are to push things off, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this workplace.
