The office building is very new and excellent.
I worked in an internal operations role. The company is spread across different floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The people remaining in the office are mainly internal administrative staff, HR, sales assistants, and so on.
The company looks very new and organizes many activities, but work is actually very formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even if a needle fell, everyone would probably notice, lol.
I recommend this workplace for people who are not concerned about others’ opinions and have a strong personality. If you are considerate and accommodating, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more willing you are to pass the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this workplace.
