The office building is very new and excellent.
I worked in an internal operations role. The company is spread across several floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The employees who remain in the office are mainly in internal administration, HR, sales assistants, and similar roles.
The company may appear very new and organize many activities, but in reality the workplace is extremely formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who prefer a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I recommend this workplace for people who do not worry much about others’ opinions and have a strong sense of individuality. If you are considerate and accommodating, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more capable you are of shirking responsibility, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self may be more suited to this workplace.
