The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across different floors, and field staff and engineers are out of the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The office staff mainly consist of internal administrative, HR, and sales support personnel.
The company may seem very new and organizes many activities, but in reality, the atmosphere at work is very formal and restrained. It is not very suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I recommend this workplace for people who have strong personalities and are not overly concerned about what others think. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more you know how to pass the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more likely to be a good fit.
