The office building is very new and excellent.
I worked in an internal operations role. The company is spread across several floors, and field operations staff and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The employees who remain in the office are mainly in internal administration, HR, sales support, and similar roles.
The company may look very new and organize many activities, but in reality the workplace is extremely formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed—XD.
I recommend this workplace for people who are not overly concerned with those around them and have strong individual personalities. If you are considerate and accommodating, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more skilled you are at deflecting responsibility, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self may be better suited here.
