The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across different floors, and field workers and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The internal staff mainly consist of administrative, HR, sales assistants, and other support roles.
The company may look very new and organize many activities, but in reality, the workplace is extremely formal and restrained. It is not suitable for extroverts or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, XD.
I recommend this workplace for people who do not worry about what others think and have strong personalities. If you are considerate and accommodating, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the better you are at passing the buck, the fewer basic tasks you will have to do. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this place.
