The office building is very new and excellent.
I work in internal operations. The company is spread across different floors, and field operators and engineers are not in the office from 8:00 to 17:00.
The only people left in the office are internal administrative and HR staff, sales assistants, and so on.
The company may look very new and organize many activities, but in reality, the workplace is very formal and restrained. It is very unsuitable for E-types or people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
It is so quiet that even a needle dropping would probably be noticed, lol.
I recommend it to people who have a strong personality and are not overly concerned with what others think. If you are the considerate, accommodating type, you can easily be suppressed.
Because the more you shirk responsibilities, the fewer basic tasks you will be given. In short, introverts with a strong sense of self are more suited to this workplace.
