You basically have no idea what you’re supposed to do.
They only teach you how to do things as they come up.
The company has been around for so long, yet it doesn’t even have the slightest bit of structure.
I was assigned to provide support, standing around all day. I could only find things to do myself...
The most ridiculous thing is that when they see you working, they tell you to drop what you’re doing and assign you something else.
There’s a lot of profanity. I suspect the mentor has bipolar disorder, especially 洪X斌—wrong number, 阿勝.
He’s practically a person with bipolar disorder~
They directly tell you they don’t follow the Labor Standards Act (awesome).
But this salary really is pitiful.
