It seems my abilities are still too lacking.

I joined a company that claimed to be well-known in the industry, originally thinking it would be a good starting point for my career. Reality fell far short of my expectations. What I find most difficult to accept is that the work environment here is filled with unhealthy culture and systems. From the very beginning, I felt subjected to verbal manipulation and psychological pressure from supervisors and senior employees, gradually falling into a state of self-doubt. They criticize me in superficially friendly tones and frequently use sarcasm and derision to undermine my confidence, which makes me feel extremely anxious and uneasy at work.

The working hours are even more unbearable. The company requires employees to arrive early and often work overtime until late, yet overtime is neither paid nor compensated with time off. The company offers no explanation and simply habitually treats this as “only natural.” As a newly graduated employee, I do not dare to object easily and can only endure it silently—your mother is just a lucky freeloader.

In addition, although the company provides various activities, the hidden cost is the extra time and energy required from new employees. The planning and execution of every activity are always assigned to those of us who have just joined the company, while the expenses for these activities do not seem to be proportional to the company’s actual operating conditions. Is this company really a suitable place for growth? Is this truly the career development path I envisioned?
