It seems my abilities are still too poor.

I joined a company that claimed to be well-known in the industry, originally believing it would provide a good starting point for my career. Reality fell far short of my expectations. What I found most difficult to accept was that the work environment here is full of unhealthy culture and systems. From the beginning, I felt subjected to verbal manipulation and psychological pressure from supervisors and senior employees, which gradually led me to doubt myself. They criticize me in superficially friendly tones and frequently use sarcasm and derision to undermine my confidence, leaving me extremely anxious and uneasy at work.

The working hours are even more unbearable. The company requires us to arrive early and often work late, yet provides neither overtime pay nor compensatory leave. The company offers no explanation for this and simply habitually treats it as “only natural.” As a newly graduated employee, I did not dare to object easily and could only silently endure it—your mother is a lying-down-and-winning loser.

In addition, although the company provides various activities, the cost behind them is the extra time and energy required of new employees. The planning and execution of every activity are always assigned to newcomers like us, and the expenses for these activities do not seem proportionate to the company’s actual operating condition. Is this company really a suitable place for growth? Is this truly the career development path I envisioned?
