Work Location and Environment

The company is located on the third floor above the Zhonghe Black Cat Express office. The building is relatively old, and the interior has a factory-like environment. In fact, the company is run by the same owner as two separate businesses: Oxford and Yongye.

Oxford’s Work Environment

If you are interested in joining, it is recommended that you choose Oxford. The colleagues here get along well, the supervisors are also friendlier, and the overall working atmosphere is better.

Yongye’s Work Environment

Yongye has only one supervisor. When you first join, the supervisor is relatively polite toward new employees, but as time passes, his way of speaking begins to change and becomes more emotional. He tends to dominate conversations and cannot accept being interrupted. When responding to questions raised by subordinates, he either gives formulaic, NPC-like replies or speaks impatiently, and may ask you to repeat what he just instructed you to do. He is very talkative and often repeats himself. He also speaks quickly, making it easy to have trouble hearing clearly.

When there are more people on the team, the supervisor’s attitude is relatively amicable, but when the environment consists of just the two of you one-on-one, it is not like that….

From what I have heard about past experiences, the employees in this department have all had conflicts and arguments with him, and people tend not to stay for long. I raised the issue, but the deputy manager said that similar incidents had happened before. They had tried communicating with him and asking him to change, but similar problems occurred again afterward. That was attributed to his personality, and he believed that he had done nothing wrong. (So the conclusion is that he cannot be changed.)
