Whenever there’s a dispute, HR always hides, hahaha.
There is often a significant communication barrier between the technical team and management here. The managers have only a superficial understanding of basic system and programming concepts. When discussing Life Cycle, Hook, or Style, they often cannot understand the topics in depth or make sense of them. During meetings, managers can even say onFuckYouSoul, onFuckYourTeacher, onOne, onTwo, and onFire out loud, barely maintaining the appearance of participation. This often leaves engineers frustrated when making decisions or putting forward suggestions.
Worse still, whenever their opinions differ from those of the managers, the vice president habitually uses emotional manipulation to suppress opposing voices, using “Don’t you want the company to become better?” as an excuse to try to conceal the root of the problem. The fact is that the company has not improved noticeably; instead, it lost more than 10 team members in just two months, making cross-departmental collaboration extremely difficult. Employees are gradually questioning the value and prospects of their work. This kind of environment inevitably makes people wonder: Can work really provide a better life? Systematically learning different technical styles, technological innovations, and better package management is the process worth trying 💪💪💪
