1. No more working regular hours
1. The boss will have you inhale secondhand smoke for the entire one-hour meeting.
2. The boss is extremely stingy and will not share the profits, unless they happen to be in a good mood. As for performance bonuses, don't get your hopes up; the base salary is not high either.
3. Year-end bonuses are given according to the boss's mood.
4. There are no employee trips, no bonuses for the three major holidays, and no company dinners. The boss thinks, “Why should we?” and will not provide any money—rest assured.
5. The company's INENO batteries have reportedly been involved in explosions according to search results. KORTSURU has been described in Google reviews as Chinese-made goods falsely marketed as a Japanese brand. You can check for yourself: there is no Japanese brand called KORSURU. The batteries are all made in mainland China, and, essentially, the INENO and KORTSURU batteries are the same, just with different labels.
6. They exploit the workforce and absolutely refuse to hire more people: one person is made to do the work of three, while still being expected to meet output targets, with no raise for doing the work of one person.
7. When performance is good, they say it is simply because it is peak season, so your contribution has nothing to do with it and you will not get a raise. When performance is poor, it is your fault.
