There was a drink during the interview, and the atmosphere was relaxed.
I just want to share one of the most outrageous incidents so everyone can understand.
Once, after receiving the quarterly bonus (I only received NT$3,000),
an old employee angrily told me: “Direct employees aren’t even qualified to eat their meat; office staff should be grateful that they travel for work.” (I even have a recording.)
There are actually many things I want to say, but I’m afraid of being sued, so I’ll only mention one that I have evidence for.
In summary, the salaries are generally low, and I think the work environment is also very poor.
