1. The interviewer was fairly polite.
2. Video interview
1. They invited me to three interviews (without reviewing my résumé), but when I said I wanted to check my availability because my schedule was quite full, they asked me why I had applied for an interview in the first place (?).
2. It was a group interview. Sometimes the previous session was delayed, so our group had to wait as well.
3. Basically, being invited to an interview means you have already passed the first stage. The first stage is mainly for them to learn about your expertise and explain their vision, but because it is a group interview, it can take a very long time.
4. The job responsibilities were somewhat demanding, and I was not particularly satisfied with the salary. If you do not ask about the job responsibilities, they sometimes do not explain them very clearly.
5. They are constantly interviewing people, so it feels like they are seriously understaffed.
