1. Enjoy watching the owner and his wife put on a show by arguing.
2. The owner angrily berates an employee one second, then speaks pleasantly on the phone the next.
3. A typical exploitative boss pretending not to understand in a PUA-like manner.
4. “Almost all the employees are young people.”
They claim to follow the Labor Standards Act, but in practice make people sign an unequal employment contract, and cannot even comply with the provision they themselves wrote stating that it should be made in two copies.
They also use the excuse that someone seriously read the contract to drive that person away (the owner’s wife even passed this excuse off to another employee, saying that it was her who felt it was unacceptable).
