There are really no advantages.
Be careful: this company will deduct employees’ wages under various pretexts. It posts inflated salaries on job sites to attract candidates, but once you actually start working, it tells you that your pay will be calculated based on your performance achievement rate. During your employment, someone will constantly brainwash you, telling you that as long as you put in the effort and meet your targets, you will earn NT$80,000.
But even after working yourself to the bone and finally meeting the targets, the company will still calculate the performance achievement rate arbitrarily under various pretexts—and without informing or consulting employees at all. It then withholds the performance achievement bonus on grounds such as failing to meet targets, not properly carrying out the work, or not cooperating with company policies. Job seekers are advised to choose carefully; this company is practically like a large-scale scam group.
In summary: I have never encountered such an outrageous company. It treats its employees like disposable chopsticks and enemies.
