Unreasonable demands are a way to hone yourself; if life is too smooth, you can torment yourself.
Excessive working hours, averaging more than 10 hours per day.
Overtime is not paid as overtime. The boss says that if you work overtime on tasks within your job responsibilities, it does not count as overtime.
The division of responsibilities among company departments is unclear; anything related to the company is considered your responsibility.
The system is opaque. One person takes on several roles: design, graphic design, and on-site supervision.
Salaries and bonuses are extremely stingy; one person takes on several roles while earning a measly 28K.
