Can't tell
I don't understand 🤔 Are we operators ultimately responsible for product quality or 5S? Even after hiring a cleaning lady to clean, it's still not clean enough. Every day, we have to maintain cleanliness while also meeting efficiency and production targets. If we can't achieve 5S, production, and efficiency targets, we get criticized and scolded. May I ask whether we were hired as operators or cleaners? There are machines everywhere during operations, and if they're disturbed even slightly, something goes wrong with them. We're asked to clean, yet some items can't be brought onto the production line. Are we supposed to lie on the floor and scrape and wipe everything by hand? Why does doing this job require us to take on so many different occupations? (Cleaning ladies, please don't take this personally.)
