I came across this online: six traits of exploitative, old-fashioned bosses who aren’t worth following. After reading it, I was truly left sighing in disbelief.

They include: poor emotional management; taking advantage of people without paying them; pretending to be poor despite clearly making money; having no ideas but constantly changing decisions; exploiting employees and making one person do the work of five; and pushing employees to take the blame first when something goes wrong. How many do you think apply?

“His Majesty is wise, and employees remain silent.” Here, promises are a joke, constantly changing decisions are the norm, systems are merely for show, and being publicly listed is just an empty slogan. They say all day that learning is for your benefit, because what really benefits them is getting away with not paying overtime.

There are eunuchs who are disrespectful despite their age, departments that cannot function, an appalling lack of judgment about people, an emotional management style, a captain who leads the crew in doing unpaid work, and an atmosphere of constantly shouting about losing money.

How many companies give good reviews to the people who leave?

And how many employees who leave give their company a good review?

Everyone who escapes is radiant, glowing with vitality, healthy, and blessed with good fortune in everything.
