I think it’s quite a good company among staffing agencies. There are activities every month, afternoon tea each month, and HR and the business staff will put themselves in your shoes.

When clients report a problem, the staffing company will also ask the employee directly; they don’t treat you as disposable.

There are also quite a lot of job openings, and they seriously help you handle transition issues.

I even encountered something good when I joined: while I was waiting, the boss paid me half my salary. For a staffing company contract, this kind of treatment is quite good.

It’s a shame that it’s a staffing position; most of the openings are only for PGs.
