The work environment is good, with an endless supply of snacks.
Overtime can be compensated with overtime pay or time off in lieu.
There are separate client-side and vendor-side teams: the client-side team develops internal products, while the vendor-side team handles projects commissioned by external clients, mainly in the financial industry.
The development process is disorganized. The workflows for PMs and designers are still being established, many responsibilities are not clearly assigned, and there is no standardized SOP. Everyone has different ways of working and handling data, resulting in disorganized handovers and collaboration.
Because the workflows have not yet been properly established, rework often leads to overtime, and there are communication gaps among PMs, designers, and clients.
